We are a working group founded in order to support the actual inclusion of trans, inter, non-binary, and agender individuals within the Haecksen. We aim to contribute, to the best of our abilities, to making trans, inter, non-binary, and agender persons feel more comfortable and welcome among the Haecksen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are developing an information resource to help all Haecksen navigate a FLINTA group more effectively, and we are creating spaces and offerings within the Haecksen specifically for trans, inter, non-binary, and agender individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We chose to call ourselves “Team Inklusion”<\/strong> because we wanted to approach this from an intersectional perspective right from the scratch and consider the needs of all other marginalized groups equally. Our 2024 chronicle<\/a> actually shows a lot of accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In our work, we also rely on the experiences of people who face certain marginalizations. Research cannot replace the experience of being in someone’s shoes. Therefore, the results of our work cannot equally address all needs and problems. The offering can only grow over time. We are always happy to welcome more people to the team.
